How much does PPF cost in the UAE?

Short answer

UAE market guides put full-body PPF at about AED 7,000 to 15,500 in standard film, rising to AED 16,000–22,000 in premium 10-year film. A front-end kit runs about AED 3,000 to 6,000. These are typical fitted prices at UAE shops. They aren't TRORO prices, and your own quote depends on the car, the film and the coverage.

What changes the price

  • Coverage. More panels means more film and more hours. It's the biggest single factor.
  • Car size and shape. Large SUVs use more film, and aggressive bumpers and vents take longer. Ultraguard gives a supercar as an example of a job that costs more for this reason.
  • Film grade. A 10-year premium film costs more than a 5-year film.
  • Finish. Matte and coloured films sit at the top of the range.
  • Preparation. Paint correction before the film goes on adds cost, and it's usually worth it.

Full body or front end?

The front of the car takes most of the hits on a Gulf highway: bumper, bonnet, mirrors and headlights. A front kit covers those panels for well under half the price of a full body, which is why it's the most common first step. Full body makes sense if you plan to keep the car for years, or if it's a dark or high-value car where any mark shows. Still deciding? Read whether PPF is worth it.

How to compare two PPF quotes

  1. Check the exact film name and model on each quote, not just the brand.
  2. Get the list of panels covered, so you compare the same job.
  3. Ask who holds the warranty, how long it runs and what it covers.
  4. Ask what paint preparation is included.
  5. Confirm the price includes VAT.

Why is some PPF so cheap?

A very low quote usually means one of three things: thinner or unbranded film, no registered warranty, or less time spent on preparation and edges. Any of these can cost more later, because film that yellows or lifts has to be removed and replaced. See the warning signs in our buyer's guide.

What do PPF rolls cost?

Ultraguard puts UAE roll prices at about AED 2,200–3,500. Width, length and film grade all change that number. If you run a fitting shop and want trade supply, see our dealer and distributor page.

What does TRORO PPF cost?

TRORO GCC sells film and doesn't publish a price list, because the amount of film depends on the car and the coverage. Send us your car, your country and the film you want, and our GCC team will reply with a tailored quote.
