Who we are
TRORO paint protection and window films are marketed in the GCC by Manzee Global DWC LLC, Business Centre, 3rd Floor, Building A3, Business Park, Dubai South, PO Box 392128, UAE ("TRORO GCC", "we"). This policy covers trorogcc.com.
What we collect
When you request a quote: your name, email address, phone number, country, car make and model, the product or film you're interested in, and anything you write in the message box.
When you join the newsletter: your email address.
When you message us on WhatsApp or by email: whatever you choose to send.
How we use it
To reply to your request and prepare your quote. If you joined the newsletter, to send occasional news about films and offers; every newsletter lets you unsubscribe. We don't sell your details, and we don't use them for anything else.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta). The site loads fonts from Google Fonts.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Cookies
The site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. It only stores a few small preferences in your browser, such as your language choice and whether you've already seen the opening animation.
